Repairs & coverage

Which machines do you repair?

We service the AutoProPAD line (Full, BASIC, LITE, G2, G2 Turbo, G3 Core, G3 Evolution), Nitro scan tools (LT, XT, GT), Triton key machines (Original Triton and Triton PLUS), Black Widow, Maverick and Maverick MAX, and supported Xhorse machines (Dolphin II XP-005L, Condor XC-Mini Plus II). See the full list on the Supported Machines page.

Do you do paid (non-warranty) repairs?

Yes — the repair center handles non-warranty repairs as well. For a quote, call 888-816-1046 or start a repair request online.

Is my repair covered under warranty?

If the issue is a covered defect and the machine is within its warranty period, Lock Labs verifies coverage using the machine serial number and purchase information — warranty eligibility is not determined by date alone. Physical damage or loss of the device is not covered.

Does the Triton PLUS include a 3-year warranty?

Yes — every Triton PLUS includes a 3-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty. No registration is required. Proof of purchase/invoice is required when Lock Labs verifies warranty eligibility.

I tried repairing the machine myself. Can I still send it in?

Yes, you can still send it in for repair or diagnosis — but be aware that damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification or improper service may not be covered.

Starting a repair

How do I start a repair?

Use the Start a Repair form, or call 888-816-1046 to start your request. Once we have your information we'll contact you, then send a Repair Authorization (RMA) with further instructions.

What information do I need?

Your machine's exact model, its serial number, the software version installed, any error messages, what troubleshooting you've tried, and the accessories you plan to send.

Can you help before I ship anything?

Yes — call 888-816-1046 for a free phone diagnostic/consultation. Many issues can be resolved over the phone without shipping the machine.

Shipping & turnaround

When do I ship my machine?

Only after you receive your Repair Authorization (RMA). The RMA includes your shipping instructions, and the RMA form must be included in the box — shipping without it causes service delays.

How should I pack it?

Keep and use your original packaging where possible. Damage caused in transit by improper packaging is the customer's responsibility.

How long will my repair take?

You'll be without your device for the time it takes to ship in, repair, and ship back. That depends on your distance from our Las Vegas repair center and the repair queue — we don't promise fixed turnaround times.

Payment

When is payment taken?

After the machine has been fully repaired and before return shipping. You'll be contacted before any transaction — no payment is taken without your consent.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, China UnionPay, and Diners Club International — plus PayPal for third-party payments.

Data & devices

Will my data survive the repair?

Back up anything important before shipping. Some repair services — such as motherboard replacements — remove all stored data from the device, and the repair center is not responsible for data loss.

Do you offer replacements instead of repairs?

No — repairs come first. Only if a device can no longer be repaired, during an approved service and after all options are exhausted, may a replacement be considered.
