Privacy
How your information is handled across this site and the repair center's systems.
Scope
This policy describes how information is handled on this website — the Lock Labs Warranty & Repair Center (LLWRC), a Lock Labs service — and where your repair information lives when you request service. Effective: September 2026.
What this website processes
This website is served through Cloudflare's global network. Serving any website involves processing ordinary request and security metadata (such as IP addresses and request logs) at the network edge to deliver pages and protect against abuse. This site has no user accounts and stores no customer submissions itself. It does not use advertising trackers or marketing cookies; Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance. It uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first performance analytics service that loads a Cloudflare beacon to collect page-load and performance metrics. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not track individual users across its customers' Internet properties and does not collect or use visitors' personal data. Outside that Cloudflare beacon and the secure repair-form embeds described below, this website loads no third-party scripts.
Where your repair data lives
When you start a repair, submit a support request, or sign in, you are taken to our secure repair-management system at locklabs.repairshopr.com, where personal information (such as your contact details, machine serial number, and repair history) is collected as needed to complete the services you request. That system is operated with RepairShopr — see the RepairShopr privacy policy. The repair-request and tech-support pages on this site embed those secure forms; what you enter there goes directly to the repair-management system, not to this website.
What you provide for repair or support
To provide service, the repair center uses the information you submit — your contact details, your machine's serial number, and a description of the issue — to create and manage your repair record, communicate with you, verify warranty eligibility, and arrange shipping. Payments for non-warranty service are processed through the repair-management system's invoicing.
Your choices & contact
